Tommorow is my official day to sit down and make all of our ADRs and I am completely overwelmed!

A little background-this is our first trip. We will have 3 adults and 2 kids ages 6 and 4. We will be arriving on Sunday October 23rd mid afternoon and leaving the 29th when we get around to it! We have the dining plan.

I have been looking at the crowd calendar and trying to figure all of this out and I just keep second guessing myself. I thought it might be easier to ask someone with more experience then myself! Honestly-would one of you mind just planning my trip for me? :rotfl:

We definatly want to do Cinderellas Royal Table, Fantasmic, maybe Ohana? Where else are musts for Table Service? Are certain days better than others?

TIA!

Important planning information:
Will you have park hoppers?
Are both of the kids girls?
What are some of your family's favorite characters?

Right off of the top of my head, here are a couple of suggestions:

I would definitely do MK on the 26th since that is the only night MSEP and Wishes are both offered. My personal favorite for MK is the breakfast at Crystal Palace -- try to get one of the early ADR's before park opening.

DHS - 10/27 is the only night Fantasmic is showing that week so I would make that day your DHS day.

if we are staying at WDW resort we like a ts breakfast and dinner and little or snacks for lunch. So my replies are based on this as we are all so different.

When our kids were the ages of yours they loved the characters and autographs and photos so we had an alternate day at a character meal deal. if it is character meal day we DO NOT stand in line for any other autographs. If it isn't character meal day we will stand in line.

Also we don't like to travel too far every day for breakfast so would only plan two off-site breakfasts as this ties you down to the park you must go to in advance.

Check early opening and don't book ts breakfasts on these days or book them late so that you can make the most of the first couple of hours. My two kids were always happy with a bowl of cereal and then a late breakfast on early emh days.

We nearly always to a swim at lunch and park hop at evening. We found the kids coped better that way.

Finally, Boma at AKL is a great evening buffet - plenty for the whole family and the kids will get a real buzz out of seeing the animals out of the lounge areas.

Plan out which parks on which days. Then decide on your TS meals.

Where are you staying?

Epcot - could be a country meal OR Coral Reef (aquarium view) or Garden Grill (dinner) for Chip and Dale OR a Boardwalk area restaurant

AK - Tusker House late breakfast is a good choice

HS - Fantasmic package

If your kids want characters, Chef Mickey at Contemporary is an easy way to meet w/ Mickey and his gang.

Don't worry there are plenty of people on here who would LOVE to plan your trip! :cool1: Good Luck!
