Newbie MGM Progress Thread - Gone postal back to you!

We have plenty of time until the due date, but I thought I’d start the progress thread to get the ball rolling. If your name below isn’t already a nice pretty purple, please PM me with your name, address and email address. I will send out a PM with my mailing information soon.

Reminder – the due date is March 22, which means you should have your items in the mail by March 15. Please let me know ASAP if you’re having a problem so we can arrange for an angel if needed. I will be asking for everyone to check in here or via PM midway through to make sure we are all still in it. If I haven’t heard from you at that point I will arrange for an angel.

I have mine half complete but for some reason the two Joann's and three Michaels' near me are all sold out of any Beauty and the Beast stickers etc. I'm getting irritated.

I have a sheet or maybe two of stickers with Beauty & the Beast. They are the kind you can find at Hobby Lobby in the crafty section. If you don't find any this month, let me know and I'll send you what you need from mine.


On my element, I'm still playing around with what shape I want to make the shaker box, so I'm no where near being done.

Worse comes to worse, I am heading to Disney in a bit over a week for ESPN weekend. I'm just amazed that everywhere is sold out of Belle! There's a ton of Cinderella, Arial, Sleeping Beauty but no Belle.

My BF was putting shelves up in his garage (new condo) so I needed something to do creating journaling boxes was it

DH had a "Halo" night tonight on the XBox 360, so I worked on swap stuff. I am done! I'll put these in the mail to you either Tuesday or Wednesday. I'll post to let you know they're on their way!

Hey, does he do the Halo live? We have two regular boxes and a 360 with HD DVD attachment. Anyway, my boys have just discoverd how much fun it is to kill other people. I like the cooperative play best, but they just want to see their kill numbers go up and don't care which it is. Boys.

They are counting down the days to Halo 3 and the movie release.

Still on the hunt for Belle stickers. Tried a small independant scrapping store and while they had a TON of Disney stuff, the only Belle stickers were about 6 inches high. Just a tad too large for this project.

I'm done with group 2, I made shakers. I'm pretty proud of them, I think they turned out great.

I haven't started yet either - don't worry. I have my ideas in my head, but like hopemax I'm trying to get some non-swap scrapping done to catch up om my backlog of projects. What a novel concept, I know!

Thank you, they are really fun to make and not really hard. They just take alot of time.

Mine did go in the mail to you today. I'm going to try to knock out my month swap this week/weekend, too. I've got to hit my scrapping stuff! I'm still at a whopping 0 pages this month!
