so our flights are booked, our villas are booked and now its time to budget and put the finer details into place- this is where it gets a little over welming with all the choices!! theres 10 of us traveling and as im the organiser its all fallen to me to plan! :confused3

if any one can help me with some questions id be most appreciative

* when meals say $xx plus tax- how much is tax??

* cinerellas royal table- we were thinking about having a breakfast here rather than a dinner- do you get as good an experience? are the photos still included in the package? im assuming that if a 10 yr old child has to buy an adult ticket into the park then they would also be an adult meal price?

* pirates and pals fireworks voyage- is it worth the money? and im wondering as it doesn't depart from the mk do you need park entry for that day? thinking we could do this on one of our villa/pool days- and just go to mk for the fireworks ( rather than have crazy long dys for the kids,)

* car parking charges t each park - approx. how much $ if we visited two Disney parkd in one day do we pay to park at both ? ( im assuming its non transfereable between parks)

* wizarding world of harry potter- I know theres wands to buy, what other character memorbillia is there? dressing up outfits? golden snitches ? if so any ideas of ££ would be great

thanks in advance :yay:

I can help you a bit with the car parking, you only pay once a day per car and can use the tickets to visit more than one park :)

Good luck with planning for 10 :thumbsup2

I can help with 2 of your questions

Tax is 6.5%

CRT - yes, a 10 year old is considered an 'adult' by Disney for park tickets and dining purposes so it would be an adult meal. As you are offsite and not on the Dining Plan, the breakfast would be a better bet in terms of keeping costs down. I don't think you will get a lesser experience and in fact, if you can snag one of the really early reservations you can get into the park before it officially opens for some photos on a quiet Main Street USA :)

Your gratuity and tax are included in the CRT meal price - or at least they used to be - someone correct me if my info is out of date

Wands are $28 but the wait to get in Ollivander's Wand Shop can be anything from 40 mins on a good day to an hr and a half on a busy day (it's the one thing my son would love to do as he's convinced Harry Potter's real - don't ask! He has as much belief in Harry Potter as he does in Santa Claus! So as you can imagine, I've done extensive research on the wand thing! There are other things to buy - robes, golden snitches etc from around $20+ and it all depends on which version you want (collector's edition etc) as well as your usual printed tee, soft toys etc. Bertie Bott's every flavour beans and Chocolate frogs are both $9 each. Some people have been complaining about the size of the box of Bertie Bott's every flavour beans but seriously, how many grass/ear wax/vomit flavour beans does anyone want?? Lol! I have been told the chocolate frogs are a decent size though. Hope this helps!! :)

Tax for most of WDW and surrounding areas is in Orange County which is 6.5%. Osceloa county which is where the All Stars is and the western end of the 192) is 7%. All prices in FL exclude tax unless otherwise stated.

* cinerellas royal table- we were thinking about having a breakfast here rather than a dinner- do you get as good an experience? are the photos still included in the package? im assuming that if a 10 yr old child has to buy an adult ticket into the park then they would also be an adult meal price?
10 is and adult for fixed price meals and tickets.
CRT Breakfast is good and the price you pay up front includes tax, gratuity and photo.

* pirates and pals fireworks voyage- is it worth the money? and im wondering as it doesn't depart from the mk do you need park entry for that day? thinking we could do this on one of our villa/pool days- and just go to mk for the fireworks ( rather than have crazy long dys for the kids,)
No you don't need park entry. Viewing the fireworks from the water is nice.

* car parking charges t each park - approx. how much $ if we visited two Disney parkd in one day do we pay to park at both ? ( im assuming its non transfereable between parks)
You pay once per day for Disney parks - currently $15. Keep your receipt if you plan to park hop.

* wizarding world of harry potter- I know theres wands to buy, what other character memorbillia is there? dressing up outfits? golden snitches ? if so any ideas of ££ would be great
Can't help as we haven't done Universal since they opened WWOHP.
