Over the next 3 weeks or so, I'll be coming around here more often with questions. I'm trying to put our itinerary together and need to figure out how to fit our dining choices in. I'll begin calling to make my PSs May 15th.

Anyway, our first day at WDW we plan on doing EMH at MGM. BTW, we're staying at the Beach Club. Breakfast will probably be grab and go, so no problems there. We'll spend the morning at MGM and will head back to the resort to check things out, maybe swim and then head to Epcot for Illuminations (hopefully Specialty Cruise). Here's where I need help. Should we have lunch at Sci-Fi Dine In at MGM or at Beaches & Cream? For dinner, should we do Cape May Cafe, do a sit down meal at Epcot, or just do counter service? If we do a sit down at Epcot, I was thinking about Coral Reef. Also, if I'm fortunate enough to get ressies for the cruise, what time should we have dinner if we do sit down?

Sorry for so many questions. Over the next few weeks I know I'll be driving everyone nuts. Thanks in advance for any replies/comments.

What are the ages & how many in your Group?

If the boys like sports, I would have lunch at the ESPN Club. They will love it. As far as dinner goes, I always recommend the Rose and Crown Pub. :)

Now you must understand I am nuerotic about being late! So if I were to get the cruise, I would feel more comfortable having dinner at ESPN (I agree the boys will love this place). That way I'm in the vicinity of the boat!

And then I would probably do a counter service place at Epcot for lunch - seeing as ESPN has more American fare very similar to SciFi and Beaches&Cream. Maybe try fish and chips, or japanese food, or turkey croissants (sp?) - something a little different.

If you get the cruise, it used to be an option to bring your own food on board. We once picked up bread and cheese and pastry and bottled wine at the France pavillion. If you are at MGM you could do a lunch at Sci-Fi, avoiding the crowds as they build mid-day. Then hop back for a swim. Walk or boat back to Epcot, do a few things in World Showcase, grab the food then grab the cruise.
