Newbie dues question

Sorry for another routine question folks, but I'm confused......

I've been paying dues since August. On the 1st of the month, DVC takes the $ out of my checking account.

Now we're coming up on Jan. 1st - will DVC take out the 2002 amount, the 2003 amount or nothing?

I keep hearing rumblings of Jan. 15th. - will they take the first 2003 payment then and revert back to the first of every month in Feb.???

I have my dues setup for the 1st of the month. The January payment will come out on January 15 and then February will be back to the 1st. The amounts will be the 2003 dues. The 2003 notices should be arriving in the mail soon. I think January is late because they need time to setup the new amounts.

Yes, thats exactly how they do it fo January.So you will have 2 deductions within a 2 week period (Jan 15-Feb 1)

Update - mailman just came and the statement was there. Boardwalk has about a .10 per point credit on property taxes so it comes out a little less per month than expected ($4.10 - $.10 = ~$4.00 per point). Confirming, first payment on 1/15/03, then first of every month.

Just recieved ours in the mail today(thursday 12-26) also.
For OKW its around $3.50, and for VB $4.38 per pt.
