Newbie Borrowing Question

I have a newbie question about borrowed points.

If you have borrowed points from the coming UY into the current UY, but you have not borrowed all of the coming UY. Can you change your mind and borrow the remaining points from the coming UY as well?

You can borrow whenever you call to make a ressie for which you may need borrowing and you can borrow up to 100% of the next year's points even if you do it in increments.

You can borrow all the points if needed. But remember they can not be banked once borrowed, so make sure you are going to use them......
