These are those pesky things that cost me so much packing space and time! They look small here but as you can see the big one is from an 8 foot gator, very large.....almost a whole carry on bag!

DH: "Cool. I'll have to get one." Noooo...but he knows he has this ***** of a wife who probably would make a big scene and not let him carry one let alone TWO all that way. I hope your DH appreciates how wonderful you are!! NB They are kind of cool. Where are they going to live in the house?

On the unfortunate dramas with DD and a NY taxi (don't miss events like that now I travel with a grown up daughter!) - did you read Busy Busy's report recently where her DD age 8 was tidily sick out the cab door while stopped at lights then fine as they moved on. I thought at the time - if that was my DD it would have been a much messier revolting experience ....yupp - you experienced it. Hope you got that shower soon and it was a one-off event and not a bug. Looking forward to your tales of NYC.
