Hi all, This is my first ever trip to Disney. I am going in Aug12-19. I hope I stll have time to make my reservations to Planet Hollywood. I want to make them by this Friday.
My teens really want to go there- mostly because of the atmosphere. We looked at the menu and it seems to be right up our alley. Can you please give me a little imput on your experience and maybe a picture or two of food or surroundings... thanks.

My parents walked up last week to Planet Hollywood, but it was in early evening. they had a $15.00 voucher from our TA. They didn't care for their hamburgers and said it wasn't worth it.
It's very much the same as the HardRock if you've been there. Teenagers will probably like the atmosphere, but wouldn't go there just for the food.

A lot of people don't seem to like it, but we had such a good experience in June that we went back in December :thumbsup2 and we're going back in June this year :goodvibes We've had good service, really good food (DH loves the LA Lasagna) and the atmosphere is cool :cool2: My kids (DD14, DS11) love watching the movie clips, listening to the music and checking out the props on display. It's just a fun place.

I can tell you that for the summer, they're only taking ADR's for up until 4:45pm and walk ins only after that. I was able to make a 4:45pm ADR with no problem. Last June, PH was a last minute decision for us and we walked up and were seated immediately :)

I have been there twice , the first time with 5 of us we had adr for 5pm! 4 of us had the rib eye steak with fries or baked potato and DGS had spahetti and meatballs! Desserts were great too I had Keylime pie kids had choc cake and DD had some sort of Brownie dessert!! We also had appies as they were then included on DDP!! The next time I was solo and I had lunch using my $15 c/o I had the LA Lasagne which is WONDERFUL!! We loved it service was great botjh times ! I think it gets busy by six so I would go early The menu is the same all day so lunch is good too and I didn't need a ressie for lunch!!
