Hey there! Welcome - you won't find a nicer group of people than WISH. What works for me is a low-carb lifestyle and WALKING! I try to walke 5 days a week, around 3 miles. Ya gotta work up to it, but it's worth it. For motiviation, a lot of ladies read the journals - that's a good place to start.
