I'm new to these boards. We just booked a Disney Land/Cruise package for November. I need some motivation to get a few pounds off before then. Hoping I can jump in here.

Hey there! Welcome - you won't find a nicer group of people than WISH. What works for me is a low-carb lifestyle and WALKING! I try to walke 5 days a week, around 3 miles. Ya gotta work up to it, but it's worth it. For motiviation, a lot of ladies read the journals - that's a good place to start. Good luck with the weight loss, Hope to hear more from you and enjoy that cruise!
