New Yorkers...more snow coming Tuesday?

Have you heard anything? I'm looking for info but not seeing much except we may get some snow Tuesday night. Whatever will be will be but I'm just curious

I haven't heard an amount yet, but all the news channels are saying "the next big storm" Bill Evans (from WPLJ and ABC news) always says that they can't really tell until at least 48 hours before.

I havent looked offically but my husband says - huge storm for LI Tuesday - Wednesday and Thursday. UGH!!!!!

Heard the "next big storm" too but, our local weather channel said snow possibly mixed with rain just now. The 7 day forecast shows snow Tues-Thurs.
I am way out east on LI and we got very little last night and this am. Barely 2 inches because it mixed with rain. Just enough to make the roads icy and a two hour delay for school.
I love actual big storms but, I am even getting annoyed with this weather! Brutal cold this weekend. 6 degree wake up on Monday!

We had about 5" Thursday night and a 2 hour delay also. I am so lost on this next storm & I think the forecasters are too One channel says huge storm "significant accumulations" and another channel says mostly rain I'm hoping the rain guy is right...I already have over 3 feet of snow on my front lawn & I have no place to put any more!

I would rather have snow than ice - this past week we had over an inch of freezing rain/sleet and then it snowed on top of that. My kids have missed so much school with snowdays and late starts - ugh! And our snowblower picked this year to quit on us. Dh says it's some kind of pin inside and it would take more to fix it than it's worth. Good thing we have some strong teenagers to shovel us out! Our 12 year old is the one who really likes to shovel, but he's been feeling ill the last few days so I don't think he'll be shoveling.
I doubt that we will have rain - it's too darn cold!!!

Suppose to be 36 degrees so hopefully it will be rain and not snow. I can't take anymore of it either. I get paid snow days but DH is force to take vacation or personal days when he cant get in, not allowed to take sick days.
