why do some of you people complain that the yankees paid their way to the world series. They played very well and in a fair way. For the yankee haters, "Stop complaining and criticizing about the Yankees, and start rooting and worrying about your own team." By the way, the yankees do a lot of charity work, the Yankees are very thankful of us fans.

The Yankees spend a ridiculous amount of money. Not just on players, but they spent 1 and a half billion on their new stadium. That's disgusting. Then they spent another 500 million between 3 players.

i know there are plenty of classless fans, but i also understand there are people that do exude class...to them i say congrats, enjoy your championship.

Yeah! Like the fans who threw things at Papelbon's PREGNANT wife in the All Star parade last year! I couldn't believe that!

wait til next year! until then, go pats! go celtics! and go bruins!

My Goodness,I have to say that I made the mistake of taking my Grandson and granddaughter to a game early this season at Feway park(my grandchildren are both big Yankee fans)...It was a big mistake, I had the misfortune of having to explain why so many people were being so "mean" to them because they were wearing Yankee hats.....That was no big deal,but when an intoxicated young man threw a full beer at my Grand daughter,we had to be escorted out by security...I will say at least the security guard was apologetic,and they tried to see if we wanted to be seated elsewhere,but my GD was in tears,and I thought it best to just call it a day....oh well lesson learned

Wow! I'm sorry about that! Red Sox fans aren't usually like that at all! By any chance, was that game on saturday, April 25? I was at that game, and there were a few drunk people around and I did see some security guards throwing a couple people out.

that is pretty bad. but a sox fan, child or adult, in yankee stadium brings on the same brutality, if not worse. look up sox fan in yankee stadium on youtube, you'll see what i mean.

i've had great conversations with some good yankee baseball fans in my years going to fenway, sadly i've had more run ins with some big jerks too.

its a sad state of affairs, either way you see it.
