New York Hotel - Empire State Club

Someone has said that the New York Empire State Club has characters at breakfast and a lounge with snack in the afternoon. You also get VIP fastpass.

What exactly is the empire state club? Sorry to be thick - is it the rooms that you pay to overlook the park or a higher type room again.

Also say I wanted to price this up on line, is there an option the website to show the prices for this room

As far as I'm aware it's just that you get the perks you mentioned plus private check in. I'm sure the rooms are the same and you're not guaranteed lake view it's a little extra as with standard. If you use http://www.disneylandparisdirect.com/ to price it up you'll get an idea but calling gives you a more accurate price

I believe the Empire State Club rooms are on the top 3 (?) floors of the hotel - maybe it's possible to pay a supplement for a lake view as with the standard rooms?

I do remember someone writing on here that it was cheaper for them to stay Empire State Club than it was in a standard room at the Disneyland Hotel.
