We JUST booked!!!

2 adults, 1 child for 8 nights, 9 days at CSR with 7 day hopper tickets (w/expiration) and of course free dining for a grand total of $1869.75

Did anyone else extend their stay?? We looked at 5 nights initially but once we added the hopper ticket it only cost us $9 TOTAL to change all 3 of our passes from 4 days to 7 days. So by adding 3 more nights, we are only paying the room rate plus $9 = $413 to get 3 more nights, 3 more park days and 3 more days of free dining for all 3 of us. WHAT A DEAL!!!!! For the values, it is even a better deal!!

I just checked online - for a standard room it was $2228, add $200 for garden view so that is $2428 - so yours price seems right.


Remember, the more days you add, the cheaper the tickets and then of course more days of free meals. Someone's 8 night trip wouldn't be double of yours, it would be more like $3300 - so in turn yours looks more expensive becuase it is less days - make any sense???

We weren't planning on visiting Disney this year but once this great package came out, we couldn't resist. We wanted to stay at Pop but when I called yesterday the CM said they had nothing avaliable. Oh well, we're going to Disney anyway!

It will be me, my DH, our 10 year old son and our 2 year old son. We'll be checking in on September 29th, staying 6 nights at All-Star Sports with 5 day park hopper tickets. Our package came to a total of $1,224.84.

9 x $312.20 = $2807.80
3 base tickets 2 adults 1 child (3-9) = $180.70

The difference = $883.15
Bought our AP's last November.

This was a unexpected trip but I couldn't pass up the chance to ea at WDW for free and this will be the first trip where it is just me and my two kids, the three of us are WDW addicts so this will be a BLAST!

MomofKatie -- The Free dining plan only lasts until October 4th...You have listed that you will be staying until the 8th.. How is this possible?? I only ask becasue I would rather go in October too!!!

So long as you check in on or before October 4 the free dining plan is applied to your entire stay. We have the free dining for all 9 nights. We arrive on September 30 and leave on October 9. My in-laws are there October 2 and leave on October 6. They have the free dining too.

If you can go in early October call now and see what might still be available! Good Luck!

Well, I checked with my TA first- Debbie with Magical Journeys. She is great- she told me that as long as you check in by the last day of the promotion, you get the Value season rate for the hotel, and the Free Dining for the whole length of your stay. I was very happy to hear that, since DH will be out of town until the 30th of Sept. We couldn't have gone any sooner than Oct. 1st.

For us 9 nights POFQ std. view September 30 - October 9 2 adults 1 child (4) with one day base tickets with the free dining = $1525.48.


Inlaws 4 nights POFQ std. view (October 2 - 6) 2 adults with 3 day hopper tickets with free dining = $1038.76.

We hope to eat breakfast one morning at Boma's and will use or DDE card for that to save the credits. We can also use that for anything else we might happen to need if anything in addition to the plan.

Will save AKL for another trip in the future! Much better deal staying at a moderate with the dining plan!

WooHoo...this was totally unplanned, until I saw mention of this deal here on the boards, didn't want to stay value but the price is too amazing that way!!! Taking SO for his first trip to WDW in about 20+ years!!! Going to show him how wonderful it is, so he can fall in love with it too!!!

Hmm, interesting thread. We booked through AAA/CAA and were told we got the AAA/CAA discount. Just for fun, I checked our dates on Disney's website and discovered the price was exactly the same as our AAA/CAA rate! Any thoughts? Here's our stats:

10 day myway parkhopper passes, free dining
All Star Movies
$1269 total

Probably not much chance of getting any better? I don't want to seem greedy, this is a great deal!

I don't think AAA agents realized the same code discounts they were given were the same for general disney guests. I think once they plugged in the numbers the room discount was removed - not knowing to them. This is the best deal you will get - it is a great number!!

I am feeling jealous!!!! We are going half the time as most of you and paying twice as much...the more you stay the less you pay philosophy must be kicking in here...of course it doesn't help I switched from a mod to deluxe, otherwise my rate would've been about 1600 but I really want to be close to MK!!!! Oh well.
