NEW YMP code!!! Post your rate here!

Hi guys, I guess I am luckier than I thought. I have been back and forth with a aaa travel agent(whom I just starting using) trying to book a trip to disney towards the end of august/beginning of sept.I must of had 3 holds on reservations. On Sunday, I called her back to cancel the other reservations and told her about the free dining. She told me to hold on and was going to call disney. She came back with the price. The other reservations were the same as the disney website. While she had me on hold I was plugging my dates in the disney website and came up with the higher price. I did not want to let this price pass up and call her back a little while later and it would of been higher so I put a $200 deposit on it to hold. I have not yet received my confirmation in the mail but she told me the bottom price a few times. I did not question her and ask about getting both discounts. I do not want them to see the mistake. Bottome line I saved $208. This will be towards my air.
My friend and her family who we usually travel with heard about this price and may come for a long weekend. I called my AAA agent for 4nights at the pop 8/24-8/28 with the free dining and 4 day base ticket. AAA quoted her a price of $1055.12, I went on the disney website and was quoted $1158.04. AAA was $102.92 cheaper so I guess she will be getting both discounts also. If you have any other questions let me know and I will see if I can help. Thanks and keep trying you might just get both discounts.

We are going! This was an unplanned trip.

Just booked 6 days/5 nights, Aug 27th thru Sep 1st. at All Star Movies
2 adults and 1- 17 yr old using the YMP Code.
We have room, 6 day passes and dining plan
Cost is $1059.

We will now be able to try restaurants we always wanted to go to but did not want to spend the money on and not have to share a meal or two. lol

:bounce:

I'm so depressed now!! Everyone is getting their rate cheaper then disney's rate. How are you all doing it?? My AAA Agent gave me a rate the same as what Disney's website offered. Can anyone recommend an Agent that can do better? I tried Small World and and Dreams Unlimited too and they give me the same rate.

try calling another AAA office. that may help. Keep trying until you get the deal you want!

meatballsmom - you're not the only one!! I too am receiving the same quote from AAA as from Disney. What's frustrating is that both AAA and CRO claims that I AM getting the AAA discount, but I'm getting the same price going through Disney's website as the package I booked with AAA with free dining. Maybe we should call the NY AAA office?

Christine - would you mind pm'ing us the number you used or posting it on this website? Could you also share the name of the agent you used?

Last night I got :
Oct. 1 - 6th (5 nights)
Wilderness Lodge - Standard View
2 adults
$1585.00!

I thought that seemed really great!!!

JKMastalski - what kind of tickets did you book with your package? That sounds like a GREAT price!

Booked for 9/18 - 9/25 at POR for 2 Adults
6 days MYW
Free dining
Park Hopper
Round Trip Airfare from New Orleans
$1874.00

Originally was $2308.00 (before adding Park Hopper) saved $474.00

The best part was I was going to WDW in that time frame. After getting the free dining I was able to make the last payment that day.

I called the number in my Sunday newspaper in the Travel section.
407-939-7713 and used the YMP code.
The CRO rep that I talked with said the price goes up with the type of hotel you are looking for value, mod, deluxe. She said my rate would go up $35 a night if we went from value to mod. Hope this helps to explain my quoted price. She said I was paying $99 rack rate. Maybe it would be cheaper if we went later in Sept. when it is value season.
Rates as I know it for 6 days is 425 per adult, 209 per junior, 168 per child ages 3-9.

Well, I do know that we are planning on going the last week of September to Pop Century and we have the rate of $76 or $77 a night. (We are getting the package though.) To upgrade to a mod, it would have cost us $64 a night MORE. It was not worth it to me to make the upgrade.

I got the 6 day Hoppers. Didn't get the "Plus's" or the No Expirations. Basically I just wanted to be able to park hop every day.

::MickeyMo We are planning on Sept. 24 thru October 1st for 2 adults and 1 child. We have 7 nights at All Star Movies, 8 day Hoppers w/ the Plus Pack and the FREE DINING!! :cool1: LOL

::MickeyMo When I called I was quoted $1684.59. When DH called, he was quoted $1518.78. We both asked for all the same things so I'm not sure why the difference in price. :confused3

::MickeyMo Does DH's price sound right? Just wanna doublecheck. LOL Rebecca :wizard:

Danielle 1 Why did you book 2 different reservations for you and your husband?

It looks like the price they quoted you includes the no expiration option and your husbands doesn't. If you look on www.disney.com website and run the options, the prices are right.
