The only one I would change (if it were me) is the Crystal Palace on 1/3. I would much rather go someplace like the Cape May Cafe for their buffet because it seems a little more grown up than the Crystal Palace. But, if you are going to be at MK that night CP may be best for you! You could also get on the monorail and go to the Poly to the Kona Cafe which is close to MK. It looks like you will have a great time!

Bumping for more ideas:
I can't eat seafood, so we can't really do cape may.
I love to do character meals so those are always a plus. and the 1st other then starting out at AK (a tradition for us) we are open to anything for dinner.
