New Year's Resolutions

Does anyone have one? Does anyone follow them through?



My resolution is:

I am going to ramp up my cool factor for 08!

I have fallen into the SAHM look...not for me! I am 42 in June and this is the year for me!

And no I am not having my midlife crisis! I have spent 14 years pouring my heart and soul into my kids and now I am going to do some things for me!

1. Get my third tattoo yup and maybe even a fourth

2. Get my nose pierced
3. Kicking out my muffin top for freeloading for far too long!

I'm a granola eating-patchouli smelling-meditating bohemian who celebrates New Year on Halloween.....it's a seasonal-nature thing for me rather than a calendar thing.

I celebrated in October by attending a Womyn Spirit Festival retreat. We chanted, sang and drummed at the full moon. Our ceremony paid grateful respect to the previous year and all the people in our lives who passed on. It was lovely.

I resolve to take more trips to WDW...unfortunately my bank account doesn't support this idea!

I resolve to also do more things for myself. Ive been trying since MAY to get a pedicure. Well I made an appointment for one for thursday..

Also Im going on a solo trip to WDW well kinda, with my sister. A sisterly bonding, no kids hubbies etc. We are calling it the Im not cutting anyone's food but my own trip.
Oh and we are getting pedicures done at the Grand Floridian while we are there too.

Good for you. My last one just turned 5 so I can still relate to the cutting up thing. What a great trip you and your Sister will have!
