okay so my new years resolution is very common
but its the first time for me ever trying this...
i blew out my knee last year and im never allowed to
play a contact sport again which is a big loss of excerise
since i play soccer basketball and softball...
so im starting to go running everyday after school
because i need to lose like 10 pounds before summer
most people say im not fat im like 120 pounds but the fat is
bunched up in places lol so its obvious idk kinda wierd
sorry to ramble lol

whats yours?!

Dang what did you injure to never get to play contacts again?

Um I really haven't decided yet. I need to gain a lot of muscle mass for tennis. I need to lose some weight. Eat healthier. Get out of the house more. Explore more opportunities for medical experience.

i was playing soccer and the girl kicked my knee out instead of the ball
it gave outt and the trainer carried me off the field andn went into the trainers room and got it all checked out...it "seemed" to be fine so i went playing again and it started to hurt, kept playing through it and then played the varsity game...and by the end of the season all my ligaments were torn muscle deterorated because it was what was trying to hold me knee in place...had to get surgery and they said i could never play again

Ouch. I'm sorry about your knee!

I have a couple resolutions this year.
- Concentrate on school more.
- Get my service hours completed this year.
- Not be so shy and quiet.
- Study more often.

I can only think of one so far: I'm trying to talk to new people and try to get new friends. I've been talking to a few people on facebook that I see at school and I hope that I can be friends with them.

I'm not sure. I'm happy with my weight.
I'll work out more, I need to get toned.

Wow. Every ligament. I don't know how you managed to keep playing- or how it didn't swell to the size of a watermelon!!!

I thought of another: make new friends. I'm really quiet and from what I've hear, really mature for my age. So most of my friends are a lot older than me, so I'm trying to get some younger friends.

Muscles, baby. Lol. I don't really care about my weight, I just want to get the percentage of fat lowered and be even more healthy.
Bakansana...though I'm not sure how attainable that is.
Get outside more.
Procrastination is a bad habit.

Yeah...that's really all I have. Grades are good, and I'm pretty happy with myself. :)

But what's even cooler for me is this year was the first year I kept my resolution to lose weight and be healthier. Yay.

-Stay motivated in school long enough to make it to june.
-Find enough scholerships to pay for at least my freshmen year of college.
-Try not to bottle up my anger so much.
-Be more fun. Not as mean. & more outgoing.

Mine are:
-To start excersising(I can't spell worth anything! sorry!:goodvibes )
-Get better organization skills
-Try harder on piano

yeah...:woohoo:

tone my stomach t olook good in a bikini for next summer lol even though i'm pretty thin, uh study more, get out more, idk try to earn money instead of borrowing my parents

i'll edit this later, i'm sure.

-i have some resolutions already with my church. one to read my bible more than i do.
-make more friends. i have a lot but there's a few people in my school i never talk to.
-get better grades and work harder
-stay off the phone and computer less

lose 10lbs...
enjoy my senior year
save up enough money to get me through part of my first year of collage (which won't be starting until 2011 really allthough i will be taking college classes at the community one)

I usually don't dp reolutions because I never stick to them, but the main one would be nicer to all of my friends all the time.

to try and play baseball again. i had a back injury which resulted in surgery which resulted in me not being able to play gym/sports for a year, i never got back into it. the coach came to me and said that a few pitchers went to college and said he wanted to possibly use me as a closer because he knows the stuff i have. i just don't think i have that kind of delivery with the pitches anymore. idk my goal is to pitch again, but its gonna be tough.

get all my college stuff together.
just be happy.

My goal is work on my dribbling skills in basketball. I can drain any shot but I suck at dribbling lol.

to solve all of my stupid social problems.
