DH and I got to talking about New Years and our resolutions for the coming year and it made me realize that this year (2003) is the first year that I made a resolution that I ever accomplished. January 1, 2003 I resolved to lose weight and get healthy and although I have not reached my goal yet I am sooo much closer than I was before. I have drastically reduced my bloodpressure and I only have 17 more pounds until I reach my goal and I see a total loss of 70#.....I am so excited to be within reach.

Thank you WISH friends for help me accomplish something so big!! I know I did the work, but you guys helped me along the weigh. ;) Onward and downward!!

My New Year's resolution for January 1, 2004, continue on a path to a healthy lifestyle and lose the last 17 pounds to reach my goal!

:jumping1: YAY for you!! :jumping1:

Do you know how many people make resolutions and NEVER follow through??!! You are among an elite group who dared to dream and then made it happen!! You go, girl!!!

I wish you continued success in 2004!! :sunny:

Woo Hoo!! :Pinkbounc :bounce: Only 17 pounds more to goal? I don't need a crystal ball to see that a red goal clippie is in your future!! ::yes::

Congratulations on keeping your 2003 resolution! It's so easy to let them fall by the wayside. And here's to continued success for 2004!:jumping2:

Woo Hoo!

That is so awesome. I agree that there are so few people who actually follow through on their New Years resolutions. Way to go, and just think by next year you should easily be at GOAL!

Keep up the great work.
Melanie

I just wanted to say it must feel so good to accomplish all you have for 2003 and to look forward to reaching your goal in 2004. I hope in one year's time that I can say something similar. I have so far to go but I know I can make it one day, one step and one pound at a time. And I know you will too!!!

Congratulations on following through on your resolution! More importantly, congrats on a new, lighter, healthier you!!
Keep up the great work...not far now until you reach your ultimate goal!!

I know there are many who make resolutions and NEVER follow through, that was me for all of my adult life (and I will be turning 37 this week). It was amazing when I realized I followed through on this one. All I have to say is, if I can do it, anyone can do it.

ONWARD and DOWNWARD.

Thanks gang!

That is wonderful news!! Congratulations on sticking with your resolution!! Way to goo and keep up the great work! :)
