Silly question maybe but are there any special dinner packages for NEw Years Eve at any of the parks? Specifically MGM

I think this is a good question,that said I'm sorry I can't give you a solid answer.I do think the BD has a special dinner package.I hope some of the experts can give you a more detailed reply.Welcome to the Dis,glad to see you.

Last year they had a big buffet in the former Milennium Village area at EPCOT. It included entertainment. I didn't eat there but heard a lot about it. We ate a regular meal at Spoodles then walked over to EPCOT later at night.
