New Year's Eve Reservation for Sale

We have a New Year's Eve reservation which we will not be able to use.

This is a Standard View Studio at the Boardwalk Villas, December 30, 2005 to January 2, 2006 (3 nights). If you were to book this reservation through Disney, it would sell for $1500 or more. We will sell this reservation for $1000.

We would like to receive a half-payment now, and the other half-payment by November 15th.

We would negotiate the price if someone wanted to pay in full now.
