New Year's Eve Dinner

Hi. We are staying at SSR THVs day after Christmas through New Years Day and think I should book Epcot or DTD for NYE. For those that have done either location, what time did you get to Epcot and has it closed dur to capacity over the last few years? Also what time did you book a dinner and were you in the reataurant for countdown or in DTD or Epcot outside the restaurant?
