New YearS Eve Celebrations

Hi

We are travelling from the UK to Disney on 30th December, were trying to plan for something to do on New Years eve to celebrate the new year but want to avoid the Parks in the evening as we know how packed they will be.

Has anyone got any alternative ideas for New Years eve, were staying on I-drive. It needs to be somewhere that allows kids in the evening.

I was going to avoid the parks but then decided why not celebrate with thousands of my cloest friends. If i change my mind i will be at disneys fort wilderness campground we'll go to the camp fire sing along, watch the outside disney movie then magic kingdom fireworks from ft wilderness beach area.

You could go to one of the thousands of dinner shows they have on I drive like Medieval Times or Pirates. Pirates is my favorite.
