We'll be at WDW but not going to the parks on New Year's Eve. May daughters and their friends, ages, 10, 12, 12, 15, 15, are looking forward to something special without being part of the crowds at the parks. Any suggestions for a celebration at a restaurant or a location to see the fireworks? What have you done with your family on this day at WDW?

Thanks.

We ate at Shula's Steak House in the Dolphin Last New Years and we Loved it. My DD was 12 then and she really enjoyed the whole night. Then we went over to the Boardwalk they had a DJ who was really good he kept everything upbeat and lively. We went in to Epcot around 9pm and stayed in the countries they had DJ stations in different countries. Then watched the fireworks. But you can watch the fireworks from the bridge heading in to Epcot, right past the Boardwalk. The Boardwalk never really got over crowded and it was really nice.
This is one option to consider, maybe someone else can give you a few different ones.
No matter what you decide you will have a blast being in Disney for New Years.
