New Years Eve 2025 - Park Hopping MK to Epcot

Hi everyone! My original NYE 2025 plan was to go into Epcot early and be there all day so I can enjoy the festivities into the evening. Now, as I'm staying at Wilderness Lodge, I'm thinking it may be fun to go over to MK in the morning for early entry and enjoy a morning of sipping a Starbs on Main Street and riding Peter Pan, then hopping over. My other thought was staying so I can see the Christmastime Parade at noon then hopping. Do you all think this will be too late? Do we think Epcot may be full by then? Spending all day in Magic wouldn't be the end of the world, of course, but I'd love to spent the evening in Epcot. Thanks in advance for any advice! It's my first NYE in Disney

With Epcot being the largest park you will probably be fine but there is no guarantee. That's about the only answer anyone can give you. I would recommend watching what happens on Christmas Day but even that is not representative of what will happen New Year's Eve Day.

Just to add to the comments from @scrappinginontario

The special Fireworks are at MK on both the 30th and the 31st. Epcot will only have the special Fireworks on the 31st. You will not be alone at Epcot on the 31st. The dance parties in the World showcase eat quite a bit of the crowd around the lake but it will still be very crowded in the park.

Do you have a Dated Park Hopper ticket or will you be using an AP (requires a park reservation)?
