I know its early to ask but we want to go on the 4 day departing December 28, 2003. The last night of the cruise would be New Years Eve. My question is: Will they still expect you to have your luggage outside by 11 pm and be up early to disembark? Or will DCL change the itineraries and maybe make it a 5 night cruise? I know that would be hard to do because it would mess up the 3 day cruise. We did the Magic 7 day last new years eve and I wouldn't like the idea of getting up early the next day.

This year for Christmas they switched the 3 day and 4 day cruises around so that no one was getting off the ship on Christmas Day or getting on the ship that day. Usually the 3 day cruise is on Thursday-Sunday but they changed it to Sunday-Wednesday and then did the 4 day afterwards Wed-Sunday. Maybe they would do that for the New Years cruise if the timing is not great.

For <B>2003</B> - the 3-day is Dec. 28 - 31 and the 4-day is Dec. 31 - Jan. 4.
