New Years at HH

I just had to share my excitement!! My waitlist just came through for a 2BR at HH for the week of New Years. I'm a nurse and was really bummed that I had to work Christmas Eve this year and we are not big New Years celebraters but now I'm so excited that we can celebrate with other DVC'rs at our home away from home!YIPEE, YIPEE!!!

Congratulations!!! That is so exciting! We will be there too. It is me, my DH, DD14, DS9 and our friends who have a DS3 and DD1month. As the date approaches, I will probably try to arrange a DIS meet there for coffee and dessert sometime that week. We will be there from 12/26 - 1/1!

p.s. The waitlist fairy came through for us too, so that we are able to go at Thanksgiving (before we knew our friends wanted to share a 2BR at Christmas/NY). HH 2x in 5 weeks! very exciting!

Congratulations on your waitlist coming through! When ours came through for OKW over Thanksgiving I was happy too! We hope to spend next New Year's at Hilton Head in a 2 bedroom or possibly a Grand Villa, we'll see how it goes. Anyway, I hope you have a great trip and who knows, if you have a good enough time, maybe we'll see you there next year!

I would love to have a DVC get together. My DH and DS 's,9and10, and DS 17 will be vacationing from 12/29-01/02. Hope to meet with fellow DVCr's.

We will be there as well, from 12-29 through 1-3, in a GV. We will be sharing our GV with my wife's siblings and their family, which will significantly fill up the GV! I don't know what the weather will be like, but it will have to be better than the NYC area!

We will be there too! It is me and dh, my parents, my aunt and uncle and two cousins (ages 16 and 14). We waitlisted for a GV, but no luck! So we are in a 2 bedroom! Glad your wl game through!
