New Year her we come!

All booked for a 4 night stay over New Year - can't wait! We have booked half board meal plan for the duration but this is not available on New Year's Eve. What is the situation re dining on New Year's Eve? Are other restaurants open besides the ones with £100 plus special meals. If so do they serve regular menus or are they special menus also - where do you find this out?

On a similar subject - we know it will be busy during that period - we are a party of 8 should we book restaurants before we leave or is it OK to wait until we are there?

Yes, there will be some restaurants offering their usual menus at usual prices. You can find out which ones by looking in the brochure - the ones that aren't listed with the expensive NYE meals will be business as usual, plus counter service will be as usual. I would DEFINITELY recommend booking. I personally like to do it before I go and although I normally say it's fine to wait until you're there, I think for New Year it's best to book in advance. You can book up to 60 days in advance on 00 33 1 60 30 40 50. No need to book 60 days out, but I'd suggest you do it two or three weeks before you go There are a few restaurants in the Village that can't be pre-booked so if you decide to eat at one of them perhaps go there late afternoon/early evening or alternatively eat your main meal at lunch-time and grab a snack in the evening.
