New WPE?

I was looking at menu on allears.net and saw a listing for WPE on the Westside. Does anyone know if it's right next to or inside of WPC? Anyone eaten there? WPE is my favortie CS at WDW. TIA for any info.

It's right next to it and it's not new-- I know it's been there for at least 4 or 5 years but I think longer than that.

It's across from DisneyQuest. I like the Marketplace one better, the Westside one is small.

according to all ears the westside menu has changed and looks very similar to the marketplace menu.Hmm wonder why and when they changed it.
