Sorry I haven't been posting much here... I am fighting a killer cold and between that and all the other stuff in life I have only been posting regularly to 1 or 2 boards...
Our trip to WDW is in October 2008 and I am wanting to drop 20lbs by then. I think I'll be able to do it. I recently threw all the junk food out of the house and starting buying Lean Cuisine meals, granola bars and other healthy food. I've already switched from cola to water and from whole milk to skim milk. Joining a gym soon. Can't wait!

Can I join the club? My goal is to lose 30 lbs by September 2008. I started on Feb. 4th and have lost 9 lbs. thus far. I started tracking what I eat on this website, http://caloriecount.about.com/. I'm an compulsive overeater so it has helped me a lot! My goal is portion control and to stop eating fast food.
Sure, just add your loss to the total whenever you weigh-in. I'll get you started by adding your 9 lb loss, plus my own 2.5 lb loss since my last weigh-in making...
