But how is that a tour? Is it exclusive to those paying their way, i.e. before the parks open or after the parks close? Or is it an overall flat-fee covering all of those individual tours and events for the price of one?

Hmm ... too bad they didn't include the "Jingle Jungle Parade" at AK too. I wonder if the MK Xmas parade is included ... though that might be difficult logistics wise with the Osborne lights at DHS (unless you saw the castle light, left MK for DHS, saw the Osborne lights, then went back to the MK for the Xmas parade).

Assuming the tour includes a meal (lunch or dinner) and that park admission is NOT required, it seems to be priced in line with other Disney tours. It actuallly sounds like something I might do if I were in the World near Christmas time. I mean, why not bring on all the holiday glitz that WDW has to offer in a one day event? (I could see diehard WDW fans going for this if they could sneak in a short visit just to see the Christmas attractions.)
