New Willderness Lodge Villas and timeline?

We are eager to buy DVC, but really want a close to either EPCOT or Magic Kingdom resort. We also would like to be able to easily book a 1bdrm but sometimes would book a studio. This is where Poly is coming in. We want to buy direct from DVC, approx. 150 points. But it makes me nervous to buy at Poly where we wouldn't have access to 1bdrms. So I'm curious, any timeline for when the new Wilderness Villas will be completed or avail for sale? I have thought about resale for BLT, but really want direct if at all possible and paying 180 a point seems high.

Why do you want to pay a premium price for direct? 2018 seems like a good date for wilderness.

I would like to get the perks and my husband doesn't like the idea of not being a "full" member. He already is only on board "barely". I know I could purchase resale and then add on, but if I do that then I would still have to pay 180 for Bay Lake and hope I could get the same UY.

The new Wilderness Lodge is likely to be $180 per point as well.
