Is it on maintenance? I can't seem to get in with chrome... or is it just my computer?

I got the same message "down for maintenance, please try again later". It happened early this morning and just now.

Down for maintenance! Something must have happened to take the page down during regular business hours. Usually outages are planned during scheduled windows, when the usage is low. At least that's how most IT shops do it...

Same ... but then again, why would we have expected it to work right? I can't understand how a company with such a great reputation for service, quality and creativity can never get it right on the technology side of the house!

It's back up now. Just logged in though haven't noticed anything different.

ETA: I take that back. Either I didn't notice it before or they added it but there is a Site Registration now that allows you to change your registration information for all of Disney's sites. I went to check my Annual Dues and it is in a box on the right side of the screen.

I use IE also and have no problem with getting into the DVC site, but the regular Disney site is very slow. I'm using IE8. Maybe you are using IE7? Safari works well on another computer I use. It's much faster than IE8. I justed booked a room on the DVC site while using IE and had no problem.

Finally got in on my work computer using IE8.

Still can't access at home using IE9.

At least us Canadians can get on DVC as new Disney site doesn't work for Canadians as of yet.

The DVC web site looks and "feels" like the my Disney experience app and web site. The DME link is much more convenient. I like having my reservations pop up on the first page.
