New Website Available Points Incorrect!

I noticed that our accounts totals were incorrect when I made a reservation a couple of days ago. Today with the new member website going live, the account totals are off by several hundred points. We don't have any 2012 points left but the website shows that we have 245 available.

Glad to hear I am not the only one. I have a trip booked for Thanksgiving 2013. I was using 61 points from 2012 and the remaining from 2013. It is showing that it took all the points from 2013 UY and I have 61 points remaining for 2012. I think I will wait a couple of days to see if it is corrected. I am sure Member Services is getting a lot of phone calls.

Several people are saying their point balances are incorrect on the new site. I would give it a couple of days to see if it self corrects, and if not I'd call Member Services.

My points totals are showing correctly...so it isn't happening to everybody.

At least the slow loading music is gone for the moment.

Wonderfull, we've got Internet Explore V7 and it doesn't work with the new site. I can't even get in. What a bunch of idiots!

Disney is aware of the incorrect point issue for some owners. They are working to resolve the problem.

Mine shows it wrong as well on the main page but when I go in,everything is correct. My reservations as well as my waitlist are all there as well.

Same here. The difference on the landing page is 60 points available for 2012 (should be 0). I banked 60 points a month or two ago.

Doug update your IE to at least IE9!!!! PM me if you want to know how to do it. Also download Google Chrome browser. It works fine for me on the new website.
