Anyone seen this one...it has a Lion King theme. They talk about it being a gathering place, a Circle of Life kind of thing where all can come together. They have people who dont know each other hugging then a baby gets held up in the same way as Simba is introduced by Rafiki at the first of the movie. The castle is in the background. Its very cute. At first you dont realize its a WDW commercial until the music kicks in.

Yes its a very cute one.

So far I have seen three new ones. The Lion King theme, The one with the kids that come off Mission Space and tell them oh it was nothing and then the parents ride it and they show them scared and yelling. And the third is when 4 husbands call there wifes from a Disney golf course and try and act like the are on Tower Of Terror. All very good I think Disney is doing a great job with the new commercials. :)

I saw one that talks about kids getting in free and staying free. I don't know if this is part of a package, or what:Pinkbounc

DD10 and I saw the Mission: Space commercial and thought it was hysterical:rotfl: I can't wait to see more:hyper:

I only saw the Lion King commercial last night. I can't wait to catch the Mission Space and the golf course ones though!:teeth: :wave2:

I have to look for them on tv.
When we were there is August they were filming some commercial by Mickey's house and by Dumbo.
Maybe we can see ourselves in the background :D

I have not seen ANY yet - Are they showing them in Primetime on the Main Networks - or have they been more on Cable Channels?

I gotta get my fix any way I can!

We saw the "Golfing/ToT" commercial last night during the "Failure Is Not An Option" program on The History Channel last night. The program was hosted by Jim Lovell and his segments were taped at Mission: Space, so there is a definite Disney tie-in.

We thought the commercial was very funny... but it's interesting that it seems to be aimed at WDW-philes. You can't fully apprecitate it unless you know the ToT ride. They are part of the "Magical Gatherings" campaign aimed at encouraging people to come to WDW in groups other than just the usual "Mom, Dad, and the kids."

I have seen the Lion King one on all the major networks (ABC, NBC, CBS, WB) over the last few days. I also saw the Mission Space one on the WB on Monday night. I can't wait to see the golf/TOT one.

I taped Seventh Heaven on the WB Monday night but didn't watch it until last night. Well, when the show first started it was announced that it was "brought to you" by Walt Disney World. They showed the Lion King commercial and the Mission Space/kids commercial during the show. I've never seen Disney sponsor a show like that, especially on a non-Disney owned network. I thought it was cool and was a good show for them to sponsor since it is a family show.

I saw the "Kids stay Free" one on NBC last night, and it's a disney visa commercial. It shows kids working in the backyard (digging a preposterous hole, raking, etc.) while their dad lounges in a hammock, and when the announcer asks why, they mention that they're trying to earn their disney trip. The announcer tells them that kids stay free at disney with the disney visa card, and the look on the oldest kid's face as he says "Oh, reaaally.." is priceless. You see the kids, shovel, rake, and hose (menacingly spraying) heading towards dad... It's hilarious.

There's another one that features a grandfather in Town Square USA giving a sentimental speech to his family about how proud he is of all of them, and then the grandmother interrupts and says "We know you're proud... you gave this same speech at dinner last night and again at breakfast! Let's go ride Space Mountain!"

The Golf one is my favorite, though.
4 middle-aged guys screaming into a 2-way radio on a fairway...
"Come in hot mommas."

Guess I better start watching tv! :) They sound great. My husb should get a kick out of the golf course one.

The funniest Disney commercial I have seen is for the cruise line when the little girl is telling an elevator full of people about their cruise. At the end she says, "That's my little brother Joe, but Mom calls him a little souvenir." It is hysterical!

I taped seventh heaven too, but always fast forward through the commercials, and now it's been taped over! I haven't seen any of the new ones yet.

I'm sorry georgina, but I'm sure you'll see the commercials soon. I usually fast forward past the commercials, too, but the sponsorship caught my attention on this show. Maybe Disney will sponsor it again next week. If you get the Wayne Brady show where you live, maybe they'll show a commercial or two tomorrow since it's taking place at Epcot.

It seems like a while back you used to be able to watch the commercials on the Disney World website, but so far I can't find the new ones (or old ones) there.
