I found a new site that will do flight searches and display them graphically rather than just by dates/times/etc. It's a very convenient way to see a series of flights by various airlines (all but Air Tran and Southwest).

Each flight search is left in your browser and all new flight searches add a new tab so you can switch between various choices.
