New version of the I-94W form

No idea why they have brought new one out when they are supposed to be doing away with them.
Added new questions, like;
Q12, City where visa was issued
Q13, Date visa was issued.
Sounds more like an April fool thing to me, why have these on a visa waiver form?

These questions were always on the white (with visa) version. This new form looks like a green print of the white version rather than the original green one. Maybe someone screwed up and used the wrong template?
Now, the old blue version, for people in transit.................
