What are you comparing this to? I know you have your opinion, but you know, or maybe you don't know this. But the movie had a limited budget and considering that it was superb.

I am comparing it to good movies and how they tell the story and how they use filming techniques.

But it was done with a very LOW budget. -_- It was a good movie. Not the best..but it was good. Good enough.

Yes, if they can get at about $150 million or whatever the cost is for the bigger and better effects, then yes, it will be better. Way better. But considering the low budget that the director had was very limited for this movie. People need to know that this movie isn't meant to be some kind of movie like, Starwars where they have the greatest effects in the world.. (maybe another movie would be a better ex. was just using it).

For the people who think its horrible, just keep in mind that it wasn't going to be the greatest thing in the world, at least they made the movie. They made it with a very low budget and that's fine. The next one will be even better if the director will get 150 Million with this movie to make the new one even better. With bigger and better effects.

You could make a good movie with a handycam.
Just because it'd probably be grainy and the actual quality owuld be down the crapper, doesn't mean the acting would be bad, it doesn't mean the directing would be bad, etc.

But if you have terrible actors, with a not so well put together (I'm not saying editing persay, I mean piecing the story together) plot...
Well it makes a bad movie no matter the budget.

So? It was just a movie. It was not going to be the greatest thing you were hoping it might have been. I think that the book was way better, IMO. But I still liked the movie. You missed the whole point of that post that I had posted.

Star Wars was a bad to compare it to, because Star Wars has pretty crappy special effects (the old ones) but they're still pretty good.

Money isn't going to make those kids act any better, I mean it might inspire them to like, possibly take acting classes.

Actually, I was just using that as an ex. Because it has great effects for that time and I don't care if it was a bad comparison to this movie. I was just letting you all know that its not going to be the GREATEST movie on earth. That is what I'm saying.

I thought the actors were pretty good, just that all I was saying is it was done on a Low Budget. How many times have I got to say that? None zip-nada. Its all right there in my post up there^^^^

I thought the movie was awesome.

Rob's acting was, well, not good in the beginning, but it got better as the movie progressed. Overall, I really did love it. Of course, it wasn't as good as the book, but no movie can ever live up the the book, or the expectations of millions of fangirls.

I loved Emmett and Alice. They were my favs. Jasper just creeped me out. xD

You could see his contacts when they did close-ups.
His 'sparkle' looked like sweat.
The scenes didn't flow smoothly.
The plot was rushed.
They made everyone else look like an idiot other than bella and the cullens.
It didn't seem romantic barely.
They were too focused on James.

I agree with you about all the things except it not being romantic, I found it to be really sexy, but I don't think that all of those things automatically make it horrible. There were quite a few things they could have done better but overall I think they did a good job in keeping it pretty accurate to the book.

Stop fighting guys! Yes it was much diferent from the book, yes it wasn't the best movie ever, yes the sparkles looked freakin rediculous, but that doesn't give you guys the right to fight over something that is strictly opinion!

I loved Emmett and Alice! Ashley and Kellan are my favs along with Peter and Taylor! Oh then Krys who plays Embry. They didnt even introduce him but that's ok...i got to atleat see him! lol

I think that it was totaly Kellan's idea to stand up in Emmett's Jeep when Jackson drove into the parking lot!

Then in the kitchen were Kellan waves the knife at Bella. and Nikki is all like "we don't even know if she's Italian." then Kellan replies "Her name is Bella." I DIED!

Ashley being all like "we're going to be best friends!" to Edward refuring to Bella and her.....all i could think the translation for that was... "Bella barbie starts in ten minutes!" lol

Jackson was pretty....odd...but i thought it was perfect and hilarious!

The movie actually had a lot of comedy in it!
