Ok...so....I have a question.

And it's been bothering me.

And that's not good.

OK! SO! QUESTION TIME!

Are they going to make movies for the other three books....or just this one?

Because....I'd be really sad if they didn't. But I also am kind of wondering how they'd pull a certain something off in BD if they did.

Because...unless they had like....5 different actressess of different ages...that looked some-what simular....I really don't know how'd they'd pull it off. (Note how I never said what it was exactly. I'M NOT RUINING ANYTHING FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVEN'T READ IT YET. YOU MUST READ IT FOR YOURSELF).

But really! Are they gunna keep doing them....or stop after this? Does anyone know?!

The continuation of the movies would be riding on the success of this one.
If this one is successful (which it probably will be) there will be the rest.
Possibly not BD though. I think I read somewhere that Stephenie Meyer said that Renesmee would be too hard to put in a movie as no child looks like that, and it would look fake to have an animated child...

Apparently Summit Entertainment has already bought the rights to New Moon and Eclipse.

But im not to sure about that. I either heard it on the aussie twilight fans forum or Twilgiht australia.
or maybe it was the lexicon.

You can read a non spoiling, biased review on www.Stepheniemeyer.com by her brother, who keeps her site going and who went to the premier with his sister. He has links to pics and video of the premier too.

Summit has the rights to the next 2 books and I beleive the actors have signed on for another 2, but THIS movie has to make a certain amount of money on opening weekend for them to have the go ahead. This is info I read from other sites, so it is not foolproof.

I will NOT be on this thread after midnight tonight until after I see the film. I suggest it to the rest of you too so thier are NO spoilers till we see it!!
I told my younger friend, who is going tonight, to not even text me ANYTHING about anything about the movie. I have a feeling she will text me a pic of her and a friend at the theater tonight, but no more than that. They have thier Twilight t's and all. She is 20.

I am looking forward to it and thankful I'll be busy tomorrow at work so the time goes by faster!

I think, after recently wayching Romeo and Juliet- new and old versions-that Edward has a lot more substance than Romeo. I am not sure I completely see the resemblance other people do.

I am going to see it Friday night-already have my tickets, with 3 girlfriends- then i am making my hubby see it with me next weekend!

I'm one of those people that can't compare new lit to old lit like that. Shakespeare is well, shakespeare! I really don't see the merit in trying to compare writers hundreds of years apart, because obviously they're are going to be similarities. Personally, if I had to pick a more significant literary work, I'd hands down choose Romeo and Juliet. But I prefer theater more, so different tastes, I suppose.

Technically most of the people on this thread have read the book, so there really isn't many spoilers.

Or any at all.

I kind of hated it. But there was a lot of soft music that made me sleepy, so I kinda sorta rested my head against my boyfriends shoulder.
i giggled hysterically through the entire movie, it was funny when it shouldn't have been.
