New Tower names for Disneyland Hotel

I was on the phone last night with a CM making a reservation for the Disneyland Hotel for our pre-cruise stay in August of 2008. I booked the "Theme Park-Downtown Disney" view. I said to her "So that will be the Sierra Tower, right?" She then advised me that the names of the towers will be changing to Dream, Magic and Wonder!!

I was really surprised that they are changing the names of the towers! The Sierra Tower will now be called the Dream Tower.

First Granville's changes to Steakhouse 55 and now the Bonita Tower changes name. So long to Bonita Granville, wife of DL Hotel founder Jack Wrather.

I had no idea that Bonita Granville was associated with the DL Hotel. Thanks for sharing that bit of information. I recently "discovered" her when TCM showed the three Nancy Drew movies that she made in the 1930s.
