First of all... WELCOME! I am assuming that you found your way here because you have some weight to lose or you want to eat healthier or you want to maintain your weight or you want to get more exercise. All are great reasons to be here.
Spend some time looking around at some of the different threads. A few here, like the Peeps and the Summer Club are kind of an informal support group for each other. I'm sure that any of those threads would welcome you.
There is a "Biggest Loser" contest going on at the moment too. I'm sure there would be room on either team. Just PM the OP from the first post of either team and ask to join.
And you are just in time for new May monthly challenges. There is usually a weight loss challenge and an exercise challenge. I have done both and they are really helpful for keeping you accountable.
And then there are the random threads where people come on and ask questions and advise from people on similar "weight loss journeys". There are questions about exercise, Weight Watchers, South Beach Diet, Couch to 5K (C25K). Feel free to ask (and answer) anything.
