Howdy Disers! I am going to Italy this summer and have been working my butt off (or trying at least) at the gym and eating healthy. I am afraid to step on the scale because I don't want to get discouraged so I decided that my first weigh I will be a doctor appointment I have on Good Friday. I am using the MyFitnessPal app to log. What are your tips and tricks?

I've quickly become addicted to logging in there to add up the calories! Calorie counting has always been the way I've been most successful losing.
