Hi everyone. I'm new to the WISH board and I guess I am looking for some guidence.
1. With all the trends out there, how do you choose?
2. I've seen reference to FIRM. What's this? I may be interested in this one.
3. This one is a little more far fetched, but has anyone tried Slim90 or DreamShape? Did you have good results?
I would love to lose 30 lbs but I would be happy with 20. That would at least put me at my pre-pregnancy weight before my first child. It seems that after my first child I kept on 10 lbs and after the second another 10.
I have also gone from a size 8 to a size 12 or 14 - depending on the style. Again, I would be happy in a size 10.
I have recently joined a gym by work - but I can only go at lunch time. I'm trying to get myself into a workout schedule that'll work well for me.
Anyhow, if anyone can answer any of the questions above, I'd much appreciate it!

I have a couple like them. Denise Austin is another good fitness guru -- I like her Shrink the Female Fat Zones. Be aware that some of these require equipment -- hand weights, stability balls, etc. Check out this website for more on workout tapes, then check your library for specific titles if you can access it online and reserve items. 

I've been doing the WATP tapes and several other tapes of hers for 4 months now and, I've seen, felt and KNOW the results.
