New to The Disney Visa Reward?

We were just approved and we got are card today to get the 7 for 5 deal. I was wainting for today to book the pakage if not I was going to use my debit card for the 200.00 deposit. I really wanted those 25.00 Disney Dollars at check in.
Here is my question when we signed up it was for 25.00 reward dollars when do these post to the reward total. I already made my first purchase but how long for the rewards to post?

We received our card a little more than a month ago and I just called today to request our $35 bal. in reward dollars. I'm so excited that's more to add to the trip fund! Our rewards showed up on our first statement, they never posted online and I think they are determined when your statement closes. They are not tabulated as you go just one final total on all the qualifing purchases and rewards you should receive. At least this is what I've understood from the reps.

I just applied today. I wonder if I will get bonus $ when approved. Does anyone know?

I have waited 3 months and have made three phone calls most recently today. They said they were having problems applying the points to everyone's statement. I think three months is more than enough time to get it straightened out. I will be calling again next week to see if it has been fixed yet. Those $25 were the only reason I applied for the card. Just keep after them!

I received my card in March, made my first purchase. No points on April statement, called and was told they were "reissuing" the points. No points on May statement, called again, told they were reissued on April 30th, but had to cancel them, and reissue again. Got back from WDW this last Friday, statement in the mail with 45 reward dollars on it. Nice of them to get their act together!! I've heard there are alot of problems right now!

Has anyone had problems lately viewing their rewards on the website? I was able, for the first month, to look at the rewards program online, but now that's not even an option. I was planning on calling anyway to make sure that my $25 was credited, but I was just wondering if anyone else was having website issues... Also, the $25 that you get at check in with the 5+2 dreamaker package... does that mean that you get it right then so that you can use it on that stay at the park? Thanks!!
