New to the boards!! Dis Wedding Question!!

Hi, I have been looking for years but have just joined the boards!! I have also just gotten started on my Disney Wedding for next June.

I was wondering did anyone out there have stations during their receptions, and what stations did you have. We are having a hard time deciding what we want to eat

We are having action stations for the carbs. So...loaded mashed potatoes, truffled mac n cheese, and champagne risotto. They're going to put them in martini glasses for the guests.

We had a brunch type reception. So we had an omelet station, as well as chicken and other foods.
