New to the board

Hi all, I'm new here & wanted to introduce myself. I'm a disney nut, my DH is still being convinced! We'll be heading to the Fort mid-May. Our second trip to WDW together, his first time ever camping! I haven't been tent camping in a while so we'll see how it goes. Wish us luck!

welcome to you. the fort is a great place to try out camping. there is alot to do and the comfort stations are great,, happy trails to you.

We'll be there May 16th ~ 21st! I can't decide if I'm more excited or nervous! I really want my DH to like camping.

Congratulations!!We have only been once before and DH and I both thought it would be for the kids, but we had just as much fun as they did and can't wait to go back!! We went in May of 2006 and we stayed at POR,it was pretty hot in comparison to Toronto at that time of year. If you really want DH to love camping in a tent make sure you have some type of comfy bed and a fan or something. The worst thing about camping in a tent is being uncomfortable so try to make it as comfy as possible Good luck, I'll be looking forward to your TR!!

My husband and I never thought we'd like WDW. We're weren't Disney fans and only went the first time because friends invited us. Our first trip was memorable but it's been our trips to FW that keep us coming back for more and more and we wish more.

Your husband will come around.
