Hi we just worked our first Sizzix machine at a Scrap Expo today. Now we are hooked :cloud9: What is the average price in the United States? Here in Canada today they ran about $65.00.If I could get my hand on a 50% off Michaels coupon, that might work. Or should we waite a couple of months till we head over the border. :confused3 :confused3 I think I am going to check ebay too.

i bought mine a long time ago and it is about the same price -
i got mine with the 50% off too!
sometimes you can find good deals on the web but watch shipping - those suckers are HEAVY
GOOD LUCK

I just got mine at a 50% off sale at ACMoore. I paid $40. I've noticed, though, that Michaels was selling it for less - $70 or $75 instead of $80. Also, the new JoAnns Superstore near me has it for $84.

Just to give you an idea. Oh - I'm in PA near Philadelphia if that matters.

I'm looking at ordering from Sizzix.com. On their website it's listed as marked down to $69.99, but they have a coupon that is good (I think) through today for 40% off. The bad part is it only applies to the regular price of an item, so it ends up being 40% of $79.99--still a good deal. They also have several other items on sale at 25% off. Shipping is free with a $100 purchase-probably wouldn't take long to spend that much!

For me, it would cost more in gas driving out-of-town to get one on sale somewhere than the shipping would be without ordering $100 worth. There is an extra $5 fee for shipping a Sizzix, but it is waived if ordering $100 or more. I don't remember what shipping to Canada would be though.

the shop at home network website has good sets on sale sometimes too
so check there!

You mean in US $ right? Our Michael's sells it for approx $79.99 CDN when using the 40% off coupon. I got one at Christmas.

Lucky girls ! I'm from México and I paid $110 at our LSS. :confused3

Verºoºnica :earboy2:

Our local ACMoore currently has all sizzix marked 40% off. I got one yesterday with the bow die, the bow stencil and the converter for the stencil.
Everything was 40%off so the prices were 47.99, 6.59, 5.39 and 8.99. My total before tax was $68.96. :sunny:
I am in Alabama - don't know if ACM has regional/state based pricing or not.
I first looked at Michaels and they charge $79 but they didn't have any sales going on so didn't have any half off coupons going either.
I am never good at figuring out how many US dollars = how many CAN dollars. :confused3

I got mine after christmas, they were having a sale, and a 40% off coupon, but now I am on the hunt for Disney die cuts--- anykind to buy -- DH thinks I am way too into all of my hobbies :goodvibes

I really wish Sizzix would come out with some Disney dies! I guess they don't want to pay the licensing fees. :confused3 So I'm stuck with my Plaid punches or trying to "piece" things together - but I'm really bad at that. :(

I just called the AC Moore in Birmingham, and I was told only the Sizzlets set is on sale this week there. I was also told that they had a new ad coming out today in the newspaper for 40% off, so I'm going to ask for one when I get there.
