New to (posting) on the board

Just wanted to drop by and introduce myself. I have been coming to the board and reading people's trip reports (especially the ones with the food reports). I finally decided to actually register.

My DH & I are going on our first trip together to the World as nonFlorida residents or CMs in September this year for my 25th Birthday and Food & Wine Fest. I never realized how spoiled I had been as a Florida Resident/CM.

Anywho, hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii and I can't wait to get back "home".

It definitely takes some getting use to... It was so very cold this morning and even now. I'm still a South Florida girl at heart, anything below 75 is cold! I was the only one in a hoodie during the summer one of the days it was in 70s

I miss it so much though. I talk to my Mom every day and a few days ago she told me it was so cold down south and I asked her, "how cold?" She told me it was 50ish... I laughed and told her it 18 here. I miss when I could say 50 was freezing. I can still say it but people look at me like I'm crazy
