Yes, as a resort guest you get free parking at all parks.

Just to clarify, you do not get free parking by virtue of your DVC membership, you can not stay offsite and park for free. The free parking is a perk of all WDW onsite accommodations, both DVC and non-DVC.

However, if you also happen to be an Annual Passholder, you can get free parking, no matter if you are onsite, offsite, or a local resident.
