I'll be chaperoning a group of 10 senior high school kids on a Disney trip in a few weeks. We'll be staying onsite at POP, but will be going offsite one evening for dinner at Medieval Times Dinner Theater. Anyone have any recommendations on an inexpensive way for all 11 of us to get there & back? (We will not have a rental at Disney as we're staying onsite and won't need one except for this one outing.)

Probably the cheapest would be if you reserve a 12-passenger van from one of the rental car companies that have locations on Disney property. Since a 1-day rental is up to 24-hours, you could pick it up early in the day you need it and not have to worry about returning it until up to the same time the following day. Other than that, you'd have to call a taxi company and specify that you need a van roundtrip. I think the rental would be a lot cheaper.

I didn't know there were rental places onsite. That's awesome. Now can you tell me where they are, what they're called? I need to make a reservation ASAP I'm sure. Thanks!!

Alamo is at CCC and Dolphin
National is at Dolphin
Dollar is across the street from DTD bus stop (we use this as they are the cheapest.
Budget/Avis are close as well enterprise is a bit furthur but offer pickup and dropoff.

Most are listed under Lake Buena Vista FL if you need the codes I have them just not right now.
